张根硕从今年3月开始陆续在台湾、北京、新加坡、东京、大阪和香港等地举行亚洲巡回粉丝见面会，为向一直以来坚定支持自己的韩国粉丝表达谢意，特意将亚洲巡回粉丝见面会的收官之站定在首尔，届时将向国内粉丝们献上前所未有的特别演出。
张根硕表示：“很久没和韩国粉丝见面了，我特别激动。此次见面会上到处都隐藏着惊喜，应该会让到场的人大吃一惊。办公室的所有职员都在紧张工作着。”他还表示：“为了此次演出，我首次尝试作词，但没有想象中那么容易，吃了一些苦头。我们做了充分的准备，敬请期待。”
9月5日在高丽大学化汀体育馆举行的“2010张根硕亚洲巡回粉丝见面会最后一站首尔”不同于以往亚洲巡演以及国内外粉丝见面会，将为大家献上前所未见的特色表演。
